 With the prevalence of heroin use and heroin-related deaths on the rise in our community, learn the reasons behind the increase, how to recognize the signs of drug abuse, and what to do if you suspect someone you love is using illicit drugs. Also discussed, the use of naloxone to reverse the effects of heroin.
