 Discover meditation with a beginners class on a scientific meditation technique that stems from Raja/Royal Yoga meditation. This type of meditation helps with stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and improves memory and other brain functions. Anyone can benefit from doing it, beginner and advanced alike. No experience necessary.

Registration is required. Participants must register individually.
