Bobbi Schnorr of Apple Blossom Sangha returns to help participants incorporate mindfulness in their lives to reduce stress, assist in overall well-being, and happiness. This series will facilitate brief experiences with several mindfulness practices including stillness while following the breath and mindful walking. Additionally, tips and tools to explore an individual daily practice that fits your schedule will be offered.
This session will be from 9:30-10:30. All other sessions will begin at 10:00 a.m.
