 Relieve some midweek stress! Join Bobbie Schnorr of Apple Blossom Sangha for this month long introduction to mindfulness. Each week we will explore a different aspect of mindfulness and do some mindfulness practices together to bring a little calm into our lives.
Participants are welcome at all or some of the sessions.
