 This program is for people living with arthritis. Medical studies have shown that Tai Chi relieves pain and improves the quality of life for people living with arthritis, though participants do not need to have arthritis to participate.

Tai Chi is the ancient practice that combines slow moving with deep breathing. Benefits of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention: increases strength, balance and posture; prevents falls; improves mind, body and spirit; and reduces stress and increase relaxation

Start Date: Monday, October 19th until December 14th
Dates of week and time: Mondays & Thursdays at 10:45 a.m.- 11:45 a.m.
(No Thanksgiving Day session)

Registration is required. Once registered you will receive a Zoom invitation and resource booklet. You must have internet access to participate. You must be committed to complete all the program.
